TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A Southwest Gas pipeline improvement project kicks off this month on 22nd Street, between Sarnoff Drive and Gollob Road on the east side, according to a press release.
The work should last from about 7 a.m. through 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, these hours could change slightly as the project moves forward.
Construction is set to begin on the southern part of 22nd Street near Oak Park Road and move west towards Sarnoff Drive. SW Gas officials said it will mainly affect the eastbound lanes in the area.
The entire project is set to last through November 2015. Drivers should plan for delays when driving through the work zone.
