Cobb Salad - The Overlook - Tucson News Now

Cobb Salad - The Overlook

Chef Robert Kaslly with The Overlook whipped up, or shall we say, "shook up" an easy Cobb Salad on this week's What's For Lunch.

The salad is made to order at the table at the just-opened Overlook restaurant at the Oro Valley Community and Recreation Center on 10555 N. La Cañada Drive.

Chef Kaslly makes the salad by layering chopped lettuce, bacon, hard-boiled eggs, chicken and blue cheese dressing in a glass jar, sealing it, then shaking it until the salad is well incorporated.

You can view the menu by following Overlook Restaurant on Facebook.
