TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Pima County Department of Transportation crews are repairing pavement on a portion of La Canada Drive for the next two weeks, according to a press release.
Crews will start work on La Canada Drive Monday, November 2. The construction zone will span from Ina Road to Oro Valley Town limits. Workers will be on site from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. through November 10.
Pima County officials will mainly perform work in the medians here, but lane closures will be in place.
On Wednesday, November 11, crews will move to Cortaro Farms Road, just east of Thornydale Road. Lanes will also close here from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. This portion should last through Thursday, November 12.
Pima County Sheriff's Deputies will be on scene to guide drivers through the work area. Always remember to slow down and stay safe in any construction zone.
