Police activity in Marana had traffic backed up briefly on Tuesday in the area of North Cortaro Road and West Arizona Pavilions Drive, just west of Interstate 10.

According to Marana police Sgt. Chris Warren, police responded to a road-rage call from the area near North Oldfather and West Ina roads.

Two people were briefly detained in the incident. Neither was arrested or charged. Warren said Marana police will present the case to the Pima County Attorney's Office for consideration.

Traffic returned to normal shortly before 1 p.m.
