TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Dusan Ristic hit four of his five shots in the Arizona Wildcats 85-70 victory Tuesday night over the Long Beach State 49ers.

Ristic is shooting at a remarkably high rate since stepping into a large role for the Wildcats due to the injury to senior center Kaleb Tarczewski.

The sophomore has scored in double figures the last four games and is shooting 66% from the field over the last six games.

His defense is improving as well as Ristic has seven blocks in the last four games.

Our David Kelly has been most impressed with Ristic footwork this season especially at the offensive end of the floor.

Ristic says one of the keys to his improvement this season was work he did in the off-season with UA strength and conditioning coach Chris Rounds.

Find out what that work entailed by clicking on the video.
