COCHISE COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) - As of Friday morning, base officials have reported Ft. Huachuca is open with no delays.
A recent release has all roads as mostly snow free with intermittent wet patches that could possibly freeze, but haven't. The alert is amber, as a precautionary measure and drivers are encouraged to drive with care and to slow down on curves, hills and when breaking at intersections.
Canelo and Western Hemp are still 'slushy' and DPW has been notified to sand the area.
Drivers advised to allow for more time on their morning commute and to stay alert.
