- 6 cups mixed green, washed and dried
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup spiced pumpkin seeds (recipe follows)
- 1/2 pear cored and cut in 1 inch chunks
- wedge of brie cheese
- fig balsamic dressing
Toss greens, cranberries, pumpkin seeds and pear chunks to mix well. Drizzle with dressing to taste and toss to cover. Top with wedge of brie and enjoy.
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 cups balsamic vinegar
- 11 oz fig butter
Blend all at low speed in blender until emulsified
