TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The #6-seed Colts raced to a three-nothing lead on 2nd-seeded Flowing Wells and held off the Caballeros for a 3-1 win Wednesday night at Tucson High’s Gridley Stadium in the Division III Boys State Soccer Tournament semifinal.

The Colts advance to the state championship match on Saturday against defending champion Yuma Catholic.

The Cabs (13-5-1) lone goal came from Edgar Venalonzo on a penalty kick late in the first half.
