Butter Cream Frosting:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, shortening, and vanilla.
Blend in confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Beat in the milk, and continue mixing until light and fluffy.
Keep icing covered until ready to decorate.
- 1lb, 14oz all purpose flour blend
- 1 tablespoon xanthan
- 11 oz cocoa
- 6 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vinegar in measuring cup first then fill to
- 3C with rice milk
- 2/3 c oil
- ¼ c vanilla
- 3 cups warm water
Direction: Set the oven to 350 degrees. Put all liquid ingredients in bowl, then mix in dry.
