Oregon threw its third consecutive shutout, blanking Arizona for the third time in the series with a 8-0, five-inning victory on Sunday.
The Wildcats were ineffective offensively and similarly unsuccessful on the defensive side, committing three errors that led to two unearned runs to go along with a number of other defensive miscues.
It was the second one-hit shutout for Cheridan Hawkins in as many appearances against the Wildcats, equaling her performance on Friday night.
Two errors led to a run without a hit or walk in the first inning for the Ducks.
O'Toole limited the Ducks to just the single unearned run until back-to-back homers led off the bottom of the fourth to make it a 3-0 game. Oregon added another on a wild pitch, but relief pitcher McQuillin struck out the side to strand the bases loaded.
A three-run, three-base error made it 7-0 Oregon in the fifth before the Ducks walked off with a bases-loaded walk.
