Partridge wins K&N's Wildcat 150

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Todd Gilliland’s streak came to an end in the desert.

Ryan Partridge won the pole and the race as the 27-year old took the K&N West Series Wildcat 150 Saturday night out at Tucson Speedway.

The 15-year Gilliland had won both races this season on K&N’s western circuit to go along with a victory on the eastern tour, but Partridge led for 127 laps to secure his first win of the season.

Defending K&N West points champ Chris Eggleston finished 3rd. Tucson’s Matt Levin and Ron Norman finished sixth and tenth respectively.

The NAPA Auto Parts WildCat 150 will air on NBCSN on Thursday, May 12 at 6:00 p.m. ET.
