Bridge painting to disrupt evening traffic at Orange Grove

MARANA, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

From May 31 to June 24 the bridge at Orange Grove and Union Pacific Railroad will be painted, according to a recent release from the Town of Marana.  Work will be done from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Drivers in the area are asked to comply with traffic control devices, flagging personnel and/or detour signs to help keep the work crews and drivers safe.

Alternate routes are suggested, as travel time through the area may increase while the bridge is being painted.

Inclement weather or other events could cause possible delays, and the work may be rescheduled without notice.

For more information, please contact Town of Marana foreman Rob Grimaldo (520) 471-4602, or Public Works Office (520) 382-2505.
