TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - While summer is not over yet, it's time for the fall activity guide from Tucson Parks and Recreation.
Tucson has been recognized by KaBOOM! as a Playful City USA for the 10th year in a row, and Parks and Recreation is an integral piece of that.
The fall guide contains information on leisure classes, KIDCO after-school, aquatics, sports programs, recreation center locations and amenities, as well as information on registering for these classes. There is a little something for everyone in the family from slow-pitch softball leagues, health and fitness classes to special events, the Reid Park Zoo and Tucson City Golf courses.
Interested in picking up a guide, you can do so at any recreation center or public library in Tucson beginning next week. The guide is also available online at www.tucsonaz.gov/parks.
