Intersection reopens after serious crash on south side

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Authorities responded to a serious two-vehicle crash on the south side of Tucson Wednesday afternoon.

Sgt. Kim Bay, spokeswoman for the Tucson Police Department, said the crash happened around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Tucson Boulevard and East Bilby Road.

Roads in the area were closed until around 5:30 p.m.
