Household hazardous waste collection event on Saturday

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The City of Tucson is holding a Household Hazardous Waste collection event to help residents get rid of unused oils, pesticides or chemicals.  

The event is Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon at the Eastside Service Center (7575 East Speedway Boulevard).  

Drop off at the HHW collection is free for City of Tucson residents.  According to a recent release there are additional fees -- $10 for each TV, and $2 for each monitor brought in without a computer.
