New concert series kicking off at Tohono Chul Park

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

As we head into the crisp, cool nights of fall here in Tucson, it's a great time to head over to Tohono Chul Park!

They're kicking off their Sundays in the Gardens Concert Series this Sunday, Oct. 9. 

The two-month long series features local musicians performing jazz, acoustic guitar and Latin American music.

The gigs run from 1:30 to 3 p.m. and are free with Tohono Chul admission.

    Dozens of people spent Wednesday afternoon putting the finishing touches on their wagons for the annual Tucson Rodeo Parade. There are a total of 81 wagons in this year's parade. Close to 2,400 people and 560 horses will be walking in the parade as well.
