TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Bisbee Breakfast Club Eggnog French Toast
- 5 eggs
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2/3 cup milk
- pinch salt
- large loaf of french bread, sliced
Combine all ingredients except bread in mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Melt 4 TBSP butter over medium high heat on griddle.
Dip and soak bread slices in egg mixture.
Cook both sides of the bread until golden brown and serve with more butter and maple syrup.
