Woman facing charges in child's death arrested on drug charges

PIMA COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Kylie Marie Brewer, the woman arrested in the death of her 6-month-old child, is now facing drug charges.

Brewer was booked into the Pima County Jail late Sunday night on charges of marijuana possession, possession of a dangerous drug and possession of a controlled substance.

The 20-year-old Brewer was also arrested Tuesday, Feb. 28, on a felony child abuse charge but later bonded out.

Brewer's 6-month-old child Wyllow died Feb. 19 at a local hospital.

According to court documents, Wyllow was bruised, bloodied and had multiple arm and leg fractures, including a right arm that was "grossly" displaced.

Jon-Paul Bogdanowich Jr., 18, and Kaylie Ryan Gossett, 22, are also facing abuse charges in connection with the child's death.
