TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

When disaster strikes your phone or computer, do you know how to recover your precious files?

Our tech expert Andy Taylor shows us two options that can rescue our data when disaster strikes.

The first is a software solution, Kroll Easy Recovery.

If files are accidentally deleted or even an entire drive, Kroll Easy Recovery can recover the data on a drive in most cases.

The second option is PCBSolution. This company can give you access to the data on your hard drive again.
