New this year is a special exhibit called "Remembering Our Fallen - Arizona."

According to the fair's website, the exhibit aims to remember the suffering of others and humbly offers an opportunity to pay respect and express gratitude to Arizona’s Fallen heroes through a photographic war memorial created to remember the country’s military fallen.

Because 9/11/2001 was such a defining moment for so many Americans, this memorial includes the country’s fallen since that tragic day in the nation’s history.

The exhibit includes both military and personal photos of Arizona’s fallen and reminds the public that freedom often comes at a great expense.

The legacy of the exhibit is that our men and women will be remembered and their names will be spoken in the hopes of lessening the grief of those left behind.

Remembering Our Fallen – Arizona is on display in Old Pueblo Hall the duration of the fair.

Private viewing arrangements are available to Arizona’s Gold Star families, during non-public hours.

Requests for this accommodation can be made by calling 762-FAIR or Office@PimaCountyFair.com.

What would the Pima County Fair be without a great concert?
