TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Two men flagged down police officers on Tucson's east side on Sunday morning, March 12, according to Tucson Police Department.

Sgt. Pete Dugan with the department said the victims were staying at a home on East Mary Drive, near South Camino Seco, for the past week when a fight broke out Saturday night.

Officers first arrested Jesus Rodriguez during a traffic stop then returned to the home with a warrant. SWAT arrived on scene and Priciliano Gastelum surrendered to police, according to Dugan.

The two men were identified by at least one of their alleged victims, according to the case's interim complaint. It shows that at least one of them was cut above the eye and at least one had a few teeth knocked out from being pistol whipped.

One of the alleged victims told investigators that they were told they could not leave the house, according to the complaint.

Rodriguez and Gastelum are both charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of kidnapping.

More charges are pending because TPD called in the bomb squad to the house on Sunday evening. Weapons, drugs, what appears to be a grenade and possible explosives were found, according to Dugan.
