Torres takes lead in Hughes Federal Credit Union Bracket Challenge

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

With only four teams left, the Hughes Federal Credit Union Bracket Challenge is close to wrapping up.

KOLD News 13 viewers entered the contest before the NCAA tournament started for a chance to win a $250 gift card.

Cecilia Torres is in first place with 750 total points, followed by Francisca Lopez (740 points) and Jesus Perez and Michele Figueroa (both with 730 points).

With three games to go and 160 points available, it is still anyone's game. There are 25 other players within 100 points of Torres.

In the race for office bragging rights, KOLD digital marketing manager David Levin and weekend anchor/reporter Craig Reck are tied with 630 points. In the overall standings, they are tied 11th place.
