WILCOX, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Authorities have reopened eastbound Interstate 10 in southeastern Arizona, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

It was closed Friday morning, March 31, because of blowing dust.

The closure extended from US 191 east of Willcox at milepost 253 to Lordsburg, NM. A detour was established which took drivers on US 191 and US 70.

The detour is roughly 100 miles long.

Commercial vehicles were advised to get fuel in Willcox or Benson because there is a lack of commercial fueling stations along the detour.
