Three Payless stores in southern Arizona set to close

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Payless Shoesource will immediately shut down approximately 400 stores in at least 44 states, including Arizona.

According to the company list, which can be viewed HERE, three stores in southern Arizona will close.

Those stores are:

  • Menlo Park SC, 1223 ST Mary's RD, Space 1223, Tucson
  • Plaza Vista Mall, Sierra Vista
  • 108 N. Morley Ave, Nogales

Three stores in Phoenix and one in Glendale will also close.

On Tuesday, April 4, Payless reported it will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to "the continued challenges of the retail environment."
