Tucson PD asking for public help locating suspect wanted for sexual conduct with a minor

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Tucson Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 35-year-old Justin Way. 

Way has an active felony arrest warrant for several counts of sexual conduct with a minor, according to a recent release.  According to TPD, Way lives in Tucson, but may have connections to the Phoenix area.

The TPD said the alleged assault happened in Tucson and was reported late last year. The victim and Way knew each other, according to the TPD.

Anyone with information about Way's possible whereabouts is encouraged to call 88-CRIME. You can remain anonymous.
