Services for Easter weekend: 

Good Friday April 14:

  • Christ Community Church, 7801 East Kenyon Drive, 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Childcare available.
  • El Camino Church, 7777 East Speedway Boulevard, 7 pm. “Living Lord’s Supper” theatrical performance with full choir and orchestra. Seating is limited. Please reserve tickets ahead of time. Childcare is provided free of charge for children ages 5 and under.
  • St. Phillips In The Hills Episcopal Church, 4440 North Campbell Avenue at River Road - Noon – Liturgy for Good Friday;  5:30pm – The Way of the Cross 

Holy Saturday April 15: 


Easter Sunday April 16: 

  • Calvary Chapel, held at Tucson Convention Center, 260 South. Church Ave. 10 am. Free. Special Resurrection service for the kids. Admission and parking are free.
  • Catalina Foothills Church, 2150 East Orange Grove Road, Three services – Sunrise (6:30 am - 7:30 am), 9 am, and 11 am.
  • Christ Community Church, 7801 East Kenyon Drive, Two services – 9 am and 11 am. 
  • Grace Community Church, Sunrise Service at Riverfront Park, 551 North Lambert Place from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Celebrate the risen Savior. Bring chairs and blankets to sit on and join in the celebration. Coffee & other light refreshments will be served.
  • Grace Community Church, 9755 North La Cholla Boulevard, Two services – 9 am and 11 am.  Fun, interactive children’s ministry programs will be offered during both services (infants – 5th grade), while students will be encouraged to join the celebratory service.
  • Pantano Christian Church, 1755 South Houghton Road, Three services – 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm. 
  • Revolution Church, meeting at Empire High School, 10701 E. Mary Ann Cleveland Way, Two services – 9 am and 10:30 am. Egg hunt at noon.
  • St. Phillips In The Hills Episcopal Church, 4440 North Campbell Avenue at River Road - 6 am – Sunrise Eucharist Rite II, 7:45 am – Holy Eucharist Rite I, 9 am – Choral Eucharist Rite II and Baptism, 9:15 am – Family Eucharist Rite II and Baptism (in the Children’s Center courtyard, followed by Easter Egg hunt), 11:15 am – Choral Eucharist Rite II, 4 pm – “Come and See” Service, 5:30 pm – Holy Eucharist Rite II
  • Cowboy Church: Old Tucson 201 South Kinney Road - 10:15 am - 11 am
  • San Xavier de Bac Mission 1950 West San Xavier Road - Masses at 8 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm.

    Local musicians took the stage in downtown Tucson on Saturday night for a benefit concert to help the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas and those affected by Hurricane Irma and Maria. It’s all for the "Actions Speak Louder" concert. Organizers said after seeing all of the recent tragedies, they felt compelled to do something to make a difference. 58 people lost their lives in the mass shooting at a country concert in Las Vegas.
