Taste of Chocolate event looking to help Tucson teachers

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A sweet event is giving back to Tucson's teachers.

The Ninth Annual Taste of Chocolate event is helping raise money for Rotary Local, an organization helping Tucson teachers get the items they need in the classroom.

On Fox 11 Daybreak to tell us all about this event, Billy and Valaree Elliott from Elliott's On Congress along with John Lee co-founder of Rotary Local.

The Ninth Annual Taste of Chocolate will be held Sunday, April 23, at the Doubletree Reid Park, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.  Tickets are $15.

    According to the Pima County Sheriff's Department, the suspects took multiple bottles of liquor from a cabinet, and shoved the bottles into their clothes and a purse in the Aug. 16 incident.
