Burglary suspect round up in Cochise County

COCHISE COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

The Cochise County Sheriff's Office conducted a burglary suspect roundup and arrested 14 people, according to a recent CCSO release. 

From April 12 to April 25, the CCSO Special Operations Division began investigating several burglaries that happened in the Hereford/Palominas area over the last several months.  According to CCSO, during these investigations, search warrants were served on homes in Hereford and Sierra Vista, with drugs and stolen property being seized and recovered.  

“This investigation is a testament to the excellent work being done by our Deputies, and we hope that these arrests can bring some closure and peace to the victims in each case,” said Cochise County Sheriff Mark Dannels.  

According to the release two of the search warrants were served with help from the CCSO SWAT team.  

Fifteen arrests were made, stated the release, with leads developing that link the suspects to additional crimes that include burglary, theft, and even drug trafficking.  

The investigations are being continued by the CCSO.

Suspects and their charges:

  • Melissa Livingston, 45 years of age - Charges: conspiracy to commit burglary, trafficking in stolen property, burglary, theft.
  • Matthew Mullins, 29 years of age - Charges:  conspiracy to commit burglary, trafficking in stolen property, burglary, theft.
  • Jovan Ramirez, 29 years of age - Charges:  trafficking in stolen property x3, prohibited possessor x3, possession stolen property, possession drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drug, possession of narcotic drug for sale.
  • Iris Muse 67 years of age - Charges:  possession of marijuana.
  • Joshua Wilson 44 years of age - Charges:  trafficking in stolen property, possession of stolen property.
  • John Henson , 54 years of age - Charges: trafficking in stolen property, possession of stolen property.
  • Wendy Potoski, 58 years of age - Charges: possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mathew McBride, 52 years of age - Charges:  possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Cheyenne Burton, 21 years of age - Charges:  possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, poss. of marijuana, poss. of marijuana for sale, child abuse.
  • Jorge Ramirez , 33 years of age - Charges:  possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, poss. of marijuana, poss. of marijuana for sale, child abuse, poss. of stolen property, trafficking in stolen property.
  • Raymon Lopez, 29 years of age - Charges:  interfering with judicial proceedings.
  • Ruben Villalobos, 29 years of age - Charges:  possession of narcotic drug, possession of narcotic drug for sale, poss. of drug paraphernalia.
  • Nathan  Kinney , 59 years of age - Charges: possession of drug paraphernalia, poss. of drugs.
  • Sarey Stark, 21 years of age - Charges:  possession of narcotic drug, possession of narcotic drug for sale, possession of drug paraphernalia.
