Wildcat Breakdown: Another early NCAA exit

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

It was a quick departure from March Madness for an Arizona Wildcats men's basketball team that had high expectations for the 2018 NCAA Tournament.

UA basketball alum and former Wildcats assistant coach Reggie Geary (’96) joined our David Kelly in studio Sunday night to talk about among things, the craziness that has been March Madness this month, what must UA do better on the floor both offensively and defensively if indeed Sean Miller remains as head coach, are volume shooters at a loss on the collegiate scene and the guys discuss D.K.'s draft and loan basketball development plan.

Geary appeared on two Pac-10 Conference championship teams at Arizona as well as the Wildcats 1994 Final Four squad. He spent eight season playing professionally in the NBA (Cleveland and San Antonio) as well as overseas.

His ten-year coaching resumes includes stints in an assistant in college (UA and SMU) and a head coach in the NBA Developmental League and for team overseas.
