The Arizona Cardinals have released star safety Tyrann Mathieu, also known as the "The Honey Badger," after he reportedly declined to take a pay cut.
The move by the Cardinals comes only a day after signing veteran quarterback Sam Bradford for a reported $20 million, one-year contract.
While it's unclear who team managers will sign to replace Mathieu, up-and-coming player Budda Baker will likely steal the spotlight in the coming season.
