Miska records first pro shutout; Roadrunners freeze Heat

STOCKTON, CA - Tucson Goaltender Hunter Miska recorded his first pro shutout in the win, stopping all 23 shots in a 3-0 road win in Stockton.

Roadrunners forward Mike Sislo opened the scoring with a goal in his fourth consecutive game.

Sislo continued his scoring in the second period with his 22nd of the season.  Despite the total, tonight was his first multi-goal game of the campaign.

Mario Kempe made it 3-0 Roadrunners in the third with his ninth point in the last six games.

Forward Carter Camper had three assists in the victory.  The veteran has 12 points in six games since joining the team.

The Roadrunners (33-18-4-1) finished 2-for-4 on the power play while holding the Heat (29-21-2-4) scoreless in four chances.
 
Same two teams battle Saturday night in Stockton at 7 p.m. Tucson time.
