House fire displaces family on northwest side

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - A house fire on north west side of Tucson leaves family of six displaced, officials said.

Northwest Fire District crews responded to a fire at a home near North Linda Lee Drive and West Wetmore Road, NWFD said.

NWFD said nobody was home during the time of the fire. Captain Brian Keeley said a NWFD firefighter suffered smoke inhalation and was transported as a precaution to a local hospital in stable condition.

NWFD said there are no reported injuries.

Two adults and four children live in the house, NWFD said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
