Arizonans graduate USAF basic training in March

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Seven Arizonans have recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. 

They have completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. 
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

U.S. Air Force Airman Eric C. Henry is the son of Edward Solomon and Joyce Henry of Tucson. He is a 2017 graduate of Desert View High School. 

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Brandon W. Sisco is the son of Shannon W. Sisco of Sierra Vista, and Wendy L. Acosta of Yuma, step-son of Honny K. Acosta-Carrazco of Yuma, and Stephanie K. Sisco of Sierra Vista, and grandson of Sherry Coleman of Sierra Vista. He is a 2017 graduate of Buena High School, Sierra Vista. 

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Wesley N. Manes is the son of Debra J. and Richard J. Caldwell of Tucson, husband of Tiffany K. Manes and son-in-law of Susan B. and Timothy E. Nation of Boys Ranch, Texas. He is a 2006 graduate of Boys Ranch High School, Boys Ranch, Texas. 

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Ariel N. Hudson is the daughter of Edward Hudson of San Tan Valley, and Sandra Witt of Payson, and niece of Cindy Meza of Maricopa. She is also the wife of Sean Miller. She is a 2015 graduate of Hamilton High School, Chandler. 

U.S. Air Force Airman Steve Heraldes is the son of Zaida P. and Manuel A. Heraldes of Casa Grande. He is a 2017 graduate of Casa Grande Union High School, Casa Grande. 

U.S. Air Force Airman Donna M. Garcia is the daughter of Rebecca S. Cruz and granddaughter of Maria E. Garcia of Tucson. She is a 2017 graduate of Tanque Verde High School, Tucson. (No photo available)

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Oscar J. Dykes is the son of Dora M. Dykes of Sierra Vista and William J. Dykes of St. Pete Beach, Florida. He is a 2014 graduate of Buena High School, Sierra Vista. (No photo available)
