2018 Tucson Birthday Stamp Design Contest for Kids

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson turns 243 this year and budding artists from 5 to 17 years old are invited to design a custom U.S. postage stamp to help celebrate. 

In addition to a grand prize winner, there will be five winners chosen from each age group that will receive awards and prizes.  

Participants from Tucson and surrounding suburbs like Marana, Vail and Sahuarita are invited to stop by and draw their stamp design at the Postal History Foundation at 920 North First Avenue, Tucson 85719 Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., using the art supplies in the PHF library. Parents must accompany students.
