AZDPS: Report of shots fired on Interstate 10 in Tucson

PIMA COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

State troopers responded to a call about a shots fired on Interstate 10 in Tucson Saturday afternoon, according to Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Trooper Kameron Lee, a public information officer for the department, stated that the situation happened on I-10 near Kino Parkway at 4:15 p.m.

The caller claimed someone inside a sedan shot at a pickup truck, according to Lee. He stated that both vehicles exited the freeway.

That's when troopers met with a possible victim. Lee said nobody was hurt.

Anyone with information about this should contact DPS.

Tucson Police Department assisted with the situation, according to department spokesman Sgt. Pete Dugan.
