Authorities are working a fatal crash near Dodge Boulevard and Alvernon Way in Tucson Thursday afternoon.

The intersection is back open, earlier than authorities expected. 

No further information was immediately available. 

Drivers were being diverted from northbound Alvernon way at Paradise Falls, eastbound Alvernon at River and northbound Dodge at Kleindale.
