TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Michael Bunting scored his second goal of the game 8:53 into overtime Wednesday night to give the Tucson Roadrunners a 2-1 win over the Texas Stars in Game 1 of their best-of-seven Pacific Division Final.

Bunting had scored in the second period to stake the Roadrunners to a 1-0 lead but his roughing penalty with 4:08 to go in the third period helped turn the tide of the game.

Texas capitalized on the power play chance just 33 seconds later to tie the game on a goal by Brian Flynn.

Roadrunners goaltender Adin Hill picked up his third straight win in net, despite his shutout streak of 178+ minutes being snapped on Flynn's power play goal.

Mike Sislo, Mario Kempe and Joel Hanley all recorded assists on Bunting's two goals.

Tucson leads the series 1-0 and has won all three of its home games in the post-season.

Game 3 is Friday night with face-off at 7:05 at Tucson Arena.
