ARIZONA (Tucson News Now) -

Alexandra is a happy little girl. She loves to be cuddled and talked to.

"If you pick her up like a baby and just hold and snuggle her, she is so happy and she's going to (have) a big smile on her face,” said Andrea from Foster Arizona.

She loves to dress up and have cute little bows in her hair.

"Alexandra needs a family that has medical experience or is willing to be trained in all her medical needs," Andrea said.

She needs to receive special care to meet her daily needs.

"She has a lot of resources and services that are to accommodate all the needs she has and those services would be available to her forever family after her adoption,” Andrea said.

No matter what, Alexandra’s condition should not take away from her quality of life.

"She deserves a family, a forever family that is willing to love her," Andrea said. "She deserves a family that is 100 percent committed to her."

The number of kids in foster care keeps growing here in southern Arizona.

That's why we're doing Family Finder, a special partnership with Christie's Appliance, to help these children.
