TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Crews from the Tucson Fire Department and the Northwest Fire District are responding to a four-alarm fire at a recycling center near I-10 and Prince Road on Tucson's west side on Monday, May 21.

Officers from the Tucson Police Department are directing traffic on North Romero Road, keeping traffic away from West Price Street.

According to TFD Capt. Andy Skaggs, the fire was burning in cardboard and other materials and fueled by strong winds.

Skaggs said at least one TFD firefighter needed medical attention. There was no further information about his condition.
