EUGENE, OR -

Arizona closed out their regular season Saturday with an 11-4 win over Oregon at PK Park.

The Cats (34-22, 14-16) Will now wait to see if they’ve been selected to the NCAA Tournament. The selection show is set for 9 a.m., Monday, and will be televised by ESPN.

Arizona’s RPI, still not finalized, will finish inside the top 50. The Cats’ nonconference RPI sits at No. 11, and coach Jay Johnson’s team won 11 of their final 16 games in the regular season. Arizona also went 10-1 in midweek contests and won their final 15 nonconference games this season.

Randy Labaut, who suffered a leg injury on March 17 versus Washington and hadn’t pitched since, returned in relief. He pitched two hitless innings, striking out a pair and earning the win in his return.

Down 2-1 in the fifth, Arizona’s offense came alive for good. Cesar Salazar singled to right to score Cal Stevenson to tie the game and Nick Quintana followed with a bases loaded two-run double to give Arizona a 4-2 lead.

Cameron Cannon followed in the sixth with his second double of the game and 21st of the season to drive in a pair and make it 6-3.

Cannon paced the Cats, going 3-for-3 with two RBI. Quintana finished 2-for -3 with three RBI. Salazar finished the series with 8 RBI in three games.
