What's For Lunch
Cobb Salad - Tohono Chul Tea Room

4 oz. favorite toss blend
(T. Chul's is: romaine, leaf lettuce, spinach, red cabbage, carrot and cilantro)
1and 1/2 oz. julienne turkey
1 oz. chopped bacon
1 roma tomato, sliced
1 hard boiled egg, sliced
1 and 1/2 oz. crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 oz. daikon radish sprouts
1/4 avocado
Arrange ingredients on toss blend and garnish with sprouts and avocado.
House Dressing
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 olive oil (or your favorite salad oil)
1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon honey
Dash of black pepper
Mix all ingredients.
