Ground Beef - 1 lb
Garlic, minced - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1
Romano cheese - ¼ cup
Ricotta - ¼ cup
Bread Crumbs - ¾ cup
Parsley, dried - 1 tsp
Oregano, dried - ½ tsp
Salt, kosher - 2 tsp
Black Pepper - ½ tsp

Preparation:

    
  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
    
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix thoroughly with hands until thoroughly incorporated.
    
  • Form 1.5 to 2 oz pieces of meat mixture into balls with the palm of your hand.
    
  • Place on aluminum foil covered sheet tray.
    
  • Bake approximately 15-20 minutes until cooked all the way through.
