"7 Seas Vesuvius" From Enoteca Pizzeria & Wine Bar

Ingredients

  • 6 medium shrimp
  • 10 baby scallops
  • 2 black shelled mussels
  • ¼ Cup calamari
  • ¼ cup red wine
  • ½ Tablespoon fresh garlic
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 Cup tomato sauce
  • cooked spaghetti
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Add all seafood ingredients into pan at once, and cook until shrimp is cooked
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste, garlic and red pepper flakes
  3. Deglaze with ¼ cup red wine
  4. After wine has cooked down, add lemon juice and tomato sauce
  5. Cook until sauce is hot, and serve over spaghetti

This recipe is for one, but is large enough for two people to share.
