1 T Olive Oil

3 oz. Pounded Chicken Breast

1t Ground Garlic

pinch Nutmeg

2 ea. Artichoke Hearts, cut in quarters

1oz. Sliced Mushrooms

2T White Wine

1T Lemon Juice

1/4 Heavy Cream

Salt and Pepper to taste

In a saute pan over medium heat saute chicken breast until done.  Add garlic, nutmeg, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Saute for five minutes.  Add lemon juice, white wine and saute for 30 seconds.  Add cream and reduce until done.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Serve over pasta.
