Chicken Skewers

  1. Prepare wooden skewers by soaking in water for 20 minutes.
  2. While skewers are soaking, flatten Red Bird chicken breast by placing in between two pieces of plastic wrap and pounding with a mallet to desired thickness.
  3. Season chicken paprika, rosemary, oregano and roasted garlic pepper as desired.
  4. Slice chicken into wide strips; push the skewer through the length of the chicken. Repeat until all strips are on skewers. 
  5. Barbeque or sautĂ© the chicken skewers until thoroughly cooked. 

This is a fun appetizer for a party or a great meal for kids.  If serving to children, cut the pointy end off the skewers after cooking.
