Chicken Skewers - Prepare wooden skewers by soaking in water for 20 minutes.
- While skewers are soaking, flatten Red Bird chicken breast by placing in between two pieces of plastic wrap and pounding with a mallet to desired thickness.
- Season chicken paprika, rosemary, oregano and roasted garlic pepper as desired.
- Slice chicken into wide strips; push the skewer through the length of the chicken. Repeat until all strips are on skewers.
- Barbeque or sauté the chicken skewers until thoroughly cooked.
This is a fun appetizer for a party or a great meal for kids. If serving to children, cut the pointy end off the skewers after cooking.
