1# PEELED SHRIMP 16/20 SIZE

¼# UNSALTED BUTTER, CUT UP SMALL

1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC

2 TABLESPOON CREOLE SEASONING

1 BOTTLE DARK BEER

1 TEASPOON WORCESTERSHIRE

2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY

  

IN A LARGE, MEDIUM HOT SAUTE PAN ADD 2 T BUTTER, GARLIC, SEASONING, ADD SHRIMP AND SAUTE 1 MINUTE.  TURN SHRIMP UP, ADD WORCESTERSHIRE, ADD 6 OZ. BEER, SIMMER UNTIL SHRIMP ARE ALMOST DONE, ADD 4 OZ. BUTTER AND PARSLEY.

SERVE WITH TOASTED BREAD.
